Prof. Jinji Gao

Beijing University of Chemical Technology, China

Prof. Jinji Gao is Member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Beijing University of Chemical Technology, and Director of Beijing Key Laboratory of Health Monitoring and Self-recovery for High-end Mechanical Equipment. He graduated from Beijing Institute of Chemical Technology in 1966 and obtained his Doctor of Engineering degree from Tsinghua University in 1993, and was elected as Member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering in 1999. He has long been engaged in the research of equipment fault diagnosis and self-repairing engineering. He took the lead in developing and applying equipment diagnosis technology in China in 1979, and proposed the principle of "equipment fault self-recovery" in 2003. He has been awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award in the Advanced Field of World Engineering Asset Management, the Second Prize of National Teaching Achievement, and the Special Prize of Provincial and Ministerial Science and Technology Progress. He has published over one hundred academic papers and authored 3 monographs.

Prof. Baoping Cai

China University of Petroleum (East China), China

Prof. Baoping Cai is a Level 2 Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at China University of Petroleum (East China). He has been awarded the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars and selected as a Clarivate Highly Cited Researcher. His research focuses on offshore oil and gas equipment technology. In recent years, he has presided over more than 30 national and provincial research projects including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, National Key R&D Program Projects, National Major Science and Technology Projects, and MIIT High-tech Ship Research Projects. He has published over 80 SCI journal papers as the first or corresponding author, including 15 ESI Highly Cited Papers. He has authored 3 English academic monographs as the first author, one of which was funded by the National Fund for Academic Publication in Science and Technology. He holds more than 40 authorized national invention patents as the first inventor, including 10 international patents such as US patents, and formulated 1 national standard and 1 petroleum and natural gas industry standard. He serves as an associate editor or editorial board member of 7 SCI journals including Reliability Engineering & System Safety. His research achievements have won numerous awards such as the First Prize of Shandong Provincial Science and Technology Progress, the First Prize of Offshore Engineering Science and Technology Award, the Second Prize of Shandong Provincial Natural Science, the Second Prize of Beijing Science and Technology Progress, the Second Prize of China Machinery Industry Technological Invention, Special Gold Award of Geneva International Invention Exhibition, and Excellent Award of China Patent Award.

Prof. Ruqiang Yan

Xi'an Jiaotong University, China

Prof. Ruqiang Yan is Professor and Doctoral Supervisor in the School of Mechanical Engineering and Director of the International Mechanical Center at Xi'an Jiaotong University. He received his Bachelor's and Master's degrees from the University of Science and Technology of China in 1997 and 2002 respectively, and earned his Ph.D. from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, USA in 2007. His research interests cover condition monitoring of electromechanical systems, fault diagnosis, artificial intelligence and intelligent manufacturing, and biomedical signal detection and processing. He has presided over the National Key R&D Program and Key Projects of the National Natural Science Foundation of China. He is an IEEE Fellow and ASME Fellow, and selected as a national candidate for the National Ten-Thousand Talents Program. He received the IEEE Instrumentation and Measurement Society Technical Award. He also serves as Vice President of IEEE Instrumentation and Measurement Society, Former Editor-in-Chief of IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement, and Associate Editor ofChinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering.

Prof. Qingbo He

Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China

Prof. Qingbo He is currently a Chair Professor in the School of Mechanical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He obtained his Bachelor's and Doctoral degrees in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Science and Technology of China. His research interests span vibration analysis, signal processing and intelligent structures, with a focus on intelligent perception, fault diagnosis and intelligent operation & maintenance of complex mechanical equipment. He has published more than 160 peer-reviewed journal papers in top journals such as Nature Communications, Matter and IEEE Transactions. He has been continuously listed as an Elsevier Chinese Highly Cited Researcher since 2020. He has received academic honors including National High-level Leading Talent, National Top-notch Young Talent, and Outstanding Academic Leader of Shanghai. He serves as Associate Editor of Frontiers in Physics andChinese Journal of Mechanical Engineering. He is a Senior Member of IEEE, Chair of the Joint Nanjing/Shanghai/Wuhan Chapter of IEEE Instrumentation and Measurement Society, and Deputy Director of the Dynamic Testing Professional Committee of Chinese Society for Vibration Engineering.

Prof. Qiao Hu

Xi'an Jiaotong University, China

Prof. Qiao Hu is a Distinguished Scholar and Level 2 Professor at Xi'an Jiaotong University, recipient of Cheung Kong Scholar Program and Zhuoqing Fund, Chief Scientist of National Key R&D Program Project, Director of Shaanxi Provincial GF Science and Technology Innovation Center, and Leader of Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Innovation Team. He currently serves as Dean of the Institute of Marine Technology and Equipment and Deputy Director of Shaanxi Provincial Key Laboratory of Intelligent Robotics at Xi'an Jiaotong University. His research areas include marine multi-physics field perception theory and technology, amphibious bionic robots, etc. He has presided over more than 30 major national projects, key projects and fund projects in related fields. He has published 4 monographs and 4 translated books, over 200 academic papers, authorized more than 70 national invention patents and over 20 software copyrights. He has won more than 10 awards including the First Prize of Natural Science Award of Ministry of Education, the Second Prize of Shandong Provincial Technological Invention, the Second Prize of JS Technological Invention, and the Second Prize of Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology Progress Award.

Prof. Guanglan Liao

Huazhong University of Science and Technology, China

Prof. Guanglan Liao is Professor and Doctoral Supervisor in the School of Mechanical Science and Engineering, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. He is a National Leading Talent and Distinguished Professor of Yangtze River Scholar. He has long been engaged in the research of micro-nano manufacturing, microelectronic packaging and testing, and fault diagnosis. He has presided over funding projects such as National Excellent Youth Fund and General Program of National Natural Science Foundation of China, and participated in 973 and 863 Program projects. He has published more than 160 SCI papers including multiple cover and hotspot papers, authorized over 60 invention patents, authored 3 monographs and edited national planning textbooks. He has received honors such as the First Prize of Natural Science Award of Ministry of Education and the First Prize of National Defense Technological Invention.

Prof. Gyuhae Park

Chonnam National University, South Korea

Prof. Gyuhae Park is a Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering at Chonnam National University, South Korea. He received his bachelor's degree from Chonnam National University in 1992 and his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Virginia Tech, USA in 2000. His teaching and research interests include intelligent materials and structures, vibration and noise analysis and control, structural health monitoring, mechatronics, self-healing structural systems and energy harvesting. He has published more than 500 academic papers, including over 130 journal papers and more than 400 conference papers. His Google Scholar citations reach 20,550 with an h-index of 59. He serves as associate editor of 9 top SCI journals. He was elected as ASME Fellow in 2017 and continuously listed in the Stanford-Elsevier Top 2% Scientists List. He was awarded the Person of the Year Award at the 2007 International Workshop on Structural Health Monitoring. He has been invited to deliver academic reports at many universities and international conferences, and presided over a number of international cooperative research projects, enjoying important international influence in the field of structural health monitoring.
